My Xbox one deleted modern warfare after the last update

During this recent update it was stuck at 100% and would not let me play the game, i turned the console off and now it deleted the entire game, my frustration is very high with microsoft and this console. I need to fix this now

normally the game has a cloud storage. You should be able to re download and all of your items should be left untouched. very frustrating I know. Im dealing with a similar issue.

Did not work, the game is still deleted and now its trying to re install the game completely, now im worried that i lost all my data or purchases i made in game?

If you reset the console or stop an update, it will delete the install as its been corrrupted by the update not completing.

Hey Mathew,

I read your problem and hopefully I can help. Please try the following:

Holding the power button down for 10 seconds while the system is on will perform a hard reset.

The Xbox One Will Switch Off.

Power on the Xbox One again. You'll see a green start-up screen.

All your data is preserved, but the cache will be cleared and settings may reset.

Same here. After last update around the Modern Warfare release, I have to power restart the Xbox One X to get NAT working again and also party chat of course.

Please Microsoft, fix this issue, is very annoying.
