    My Xbox One delete my process of retro-compatible games


    The game get frozen, then it send my to the Xbox One main menu screen, and then, when i started the game again, all my process was deleted, it only be empty save slots, and this problem happend to me in Assassins Creed II too.

    How can i get my process back?

    Retro compatibility (yes that is the exact term) is not available for xbox one. To play the xbox one version of a game you need xbox one console.

    Unless they are on the backwards compatible list, they won't work on the Xbox One. But when Xbox Series X gets released it'll have retro compatibility for 360 and xbox one games. They might increase the Xbox backwards compatibility for xbox one too after
    release.
