My Xbox One controller won't do both triggers at the same time on my Windows 10 PC.

My Xbox controller won't do both left and right triggers at the same time. It is always one or the other. All of my devices are updated, including my Xbox one controller and PC. Please help.

At any single point in time, you may only sign into the game on one Xbox One console or one Windows 10 PC. You cannot be signed into the same game on both an Xbox One console and a Windows 10 PC at the same time.

I tried this out and I still get the same results. It works fine on my Xbox one, but on my Windows 10 PC, it just won't do more than 2 buttons at once. It's like a new button press overrides the last button I was holding down, even if they are both being
held down.

Considering the steps that have already been attempted, does this occur when holding other buttons while awaiting for their inputs as well?

Go ahead and try this as a suggestion:

• Open Device Manager
• Right Click "Xbox One Controller"
• Select Update Driver Software
• Browse
• Let me pick
• "Microsoft Xbox One Controller"

Try this and let us know if this works, or if further assistance is needed.
