    My xbox one controller it doesnt work


    I have a controller xbox one that i use in my pc, I havent Xbox one only the controller. The other day I update the controller in the app Xbox accesories and after of that the controller it doesnt work even the light dont work. I dont know what i have to
    do. I saw in youtube i have to conect my controller to the pc with usb and wait 10 minutes to the controllers update but nothing work.

    How can I restart the configuration of the controller? any solutions? Thanks

    Xbox One mic adaptor stopped working on one controller but not the other

    I have two controllers for my Xbox One. Until recently, my mic adaptor worked fine on both. Now on one controller it works fine but if I try to connect to the other, it turns it off...no power and it doesnt respond again until I unplug the adaptor. I thought
    the controller needed an update or recharge but it doesnt. Other than that, the controller works fine. Any suggestions?

    My Turtle Beach Recon Controller (Designed For Xbox) isnt working on Xbox cloud gaming!

    Its not the 'Recon Hybrid Game Controller' , My controller is the Turtle Beach Recon Controller and whenever I plug it in it doesnt detect it on XBOX cloud gaming. My controller works on normal games but it doesnt detect on Xbox cloud gaming .

    If it has been happening since you first got it, then it sounds like it had a fault to begin with which has then been exacerbated by being dropped several times. Depending on when you got it, either take it back to where you got it from for a replacement or you'd need to contact MS support to hopefully get it replaced

    Sorry to hear about your issues with your controllers. Let's go through some basic troubleshooting steps and find the root of your issue.

    Just before we start, Forza had a similar issue with the controllers disconnecting. Try this:

    Solution 2: Sign in using the profile that is named in the error message.

    1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to return to the Home screen.
    2. Select the profile bar at the top of the screen.
    3. Select gamertag that is named in the error message.
    4. Select Sign in.
