My XBOX One controller duplicated

Recently, while i was playing FIFA 19, I discovered very unpleasant bug. My controller is like duplicated, I mean, when I'm in menu there is my main controller, and the second one which is duplicating first one's inputs and also it's broken in some sort
of way, because it seems for the left joystick to pull down, so its obviuosly a bad thing for me. When somehow in quick match i will manage to get only one controller in teams (that main one) there are no problems. And I have only on controller, just to say
for sure. Can someone help me? I searched in the internet and found nothing helpful for this situation

Edit: I Forgot to say this occurs on my Windows 10 PC, sorry!!!

Hit the home button. Go to settings. Ease of access. Controller. Copilot settings. Make sure you dont havethe second controller assigned to your profile

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Is there a way, through: xbox-accessories, in addition to duplicating the other buttons on the control, to set the back buttons on the control to independent functions?

check a different controller same apps if not duplicated its controller if duplicated use report feature and report through each app and then explain whats happenin in each report
