hi, until yesterday i'm playing in live gold, but today e can´t play anymore because my Xbox one don´t recognize my signature. Ask me for a new signature, but in my Microsoft account my live gold just expire in 2015, you guys know what happen´s?

I am sorry for what happened. Your only option would be to fill the recovery form but I'm pretty sure the recovery form will also not work right now since you already created an account with the same email address. If when you try to fill the recovery form you receive a message that your account does not exist anymore or the recovery form recognizes this new account instead of the hacked one, unfortunately you will not be able to recover your account.

No Microsoft employee can help users recovering their accounts. They only instruct you on how to fill the recovery form. If you talk to a Microsoft support advocate, he/she will tell you the same thing. They are not allowed and have no access to change anything on a user account. I hope you understand.

So this is where I am running into other issues now.

I joined xbox live a long time ago, like back when the 360 was fairly new through this Xbox Live Family system. My account was then given it's own "email." However, when I try to use this email to switch it as my store account it does not recognize the email and says it does not exist. Yet I am signed into Microsoft website itself with this same email.

Is there anything I can do to resolved this issue?

Is there a way to make it so my xbox account is connected to the email I actually use instead of this xbox live family one?

I am so sorry you are having issues logging into your Microsoft account.

The first idea is to directly log into your account with your phone number.

You can find your username using this recovery tool: [https://account.live.com/username/recover] by inputting related data.

If this does not work, you can try to look for email receipts on alternative accounts or find accounts you made be logged into on different services.

Unfortunately, for a long time customer of Xbox Live, it is a defect. I started my Xbox Live account prior to Microsoft Rewards being available. My gamertag is linked to a Hotmail account. No one uses Hotmail anymore. I use an Outlook e-mail to accumulate
Microsoft Rewards. Microsoft should allow long-time Xbox Live customers, like myself, to migrate their Xbox Live account from an outdated/unused Hotmail account to an Outlook account. It is common sense, and it is a defect. So again I ask, when will defect
to that functionality be recognized and addressed?
