my xbox message got deleted after 30 days and i had black ops 3 nuketown codes in there still

so i pre ordered call of duty black ops 3 deluxe edition on the 8/7/2015 and when i got it i received a message from xbox with a thank you message and 3 nuketown codes from the game i redeemed one and kept two for friends that where getting it at christmas
and when i went to look at my messages they where all gone, i opened a support chat and they said to make a post on here. im asking if you could get my old messages back and resend me the two codes that i didn't get to give out thanks

lost my fallout 3 code from purchasing fallout 4

my fallout 3 code got lost and deleted after being in my messages past 30 days is there any way for to get it back

 

Codes lost when message was expired

I had the GOW ultimate edition, and received my codes, but only used the codes for Gears 1 and Gears 3. I didn't know my messages got automatically deleted after 30 days, and still had unused codes for Gears of war 3 and Gears of war judgment. Support told
me to put this on this thread, so it can be resolved. Thank you.

Just to clarify, which Black Ops 3 codes are you referring to? If you purchased the disc version of Black Ops 3, it would come with a code for Nuketown. If you purchased the game digitally, Nuketown would not have come with a code. Thanks!

 

i pre ordered it from the store and downloaded it and i got a message from xbox saying thank your and so on and they had 2 or 3 codes and i used one and kept the rest for a friend who was getting it for christmas and since i paid for it on the 8/7/15 the
message gets deleted after 30 days which i didnt know that happens

 

also i bought the deluxe edition which does come with nuketown and they also gave 2 other codes to give to friends if you could get the message back to look at it you will see

Were all 3 codes that you received for the Nuketown map? This content should have been available in-game if you pre-ordered Call of Duty: Black Ops digitally.

 

Yes with the preorder it pre installed the game and season pass and the 3 nuketown codes were sent to me via message I redeemed 1 code and had 2 left over

 

any updates on this i would like my codes

 

Apologies for the confusion, but these map packs were not sent out over Xbox Live message. The main way to get Nuketown for Call of Duty: Black Ops III is to purchase the digital deluxe edition or by purchasing specially marked packages in store.
