    Hi my name is i been enjoying my xbox live membership since nov of 2012 for some reason my xbox live tenure is not right i have never lapesd in my xbox live membership yet for some reason is says 7 inseted of a 9 is there any way to solve this issue? i have contacted support a lot of times with nothing being done

    tenure is not that important, it basically reminds you how many years of wasted money to pay your way through a paywall and play online.

    It will usually rectify itself after a few weeks.

    Tenure is glitchy so that happens to people sometimes. There's really no way to force it to be correct.

    I believe they are performing maintenance I was also trying to delete my profile cause like everyone else my tenure is incorrect but hopefully if you give Microsoft some time they can solve you problem.
