My Xbox Live Suspension Changed?

At 3/3/2019 I received notice of a sexual suspension on one of the accounts on my xbox and that it would be suspended until 3/17, I was fine with this at first since I did make the mistake of slipping a "f bomb" in a message to a friend I was barred from
msg, voice, profile changes and such. Although I still had the ability to go online, now today 2 days later I find that it has changed and not only can I not use my account for gaming online but neither can the rest of my console's accounts and parts of what
has been suspended have been moved back another day.

What I can't understand the most is why in the xbox live enforcement history it only shows the original suspension but when signing into any of the accounts it shows the edited version of it. Were my accounts hacked? Or is there a glitch in the system I'm
not all that bothered by the time period of the original suspension but editing an already existing one but not showing evidence of it? If anyone has any insight on the matter I would be very appreciative.

Hello D'ark,

Sorry for the issue with the suspensions. What happens from time to time is you first get a communication ban. Then they will ban your console, this would cause all profiles will not be able to get online. You can go to the
enforcement site and try to fill out a case review. As you admitted you were at fault though, would most likely not be overturned for the issue you stated. Console bans are not handed
out lightly.

If it's happening to all other accounts, then it sounds like you were also given a console suspension. Those do not show on the enforcement site and there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding them. All that can be done is to wait it out.

The enforcement team might of changed it due to increased evidence from a prior time but it should be made clear on the enforcement website. I wish I could help you but make sure to check the enforcement website and on the current cases ( Please note the
ban is over a week you can appeal)
