Hello,

I bought a card in a Fnac shop in Paris to have an access to Xboxlive, but the code is not considered as valid by my console. Can someone help me here or know where I could get some help? Thank you!

My Live Gold Subscription doesn't work

Activated a 3 month Gold gift card and it went through, but I have not been able to play any games online and whenever I go to the park on 2k it takes me to a "get Gold" page. I need help asap.

Congrats! The Live subscription works for both the 360 and Xbox One. It's not different subscriptions.

If you have activated the code, you need to restart the console to save the code and activate it in your account then Xbox Live Gold will work.

That is strange since prepaid cards are different for gold and game pass.
