My Xbox live rewards are not transferring to my account

Xbox live achievements are individual trophies rewarded for gaming under a live account and as such is not possible to transfer achievements from one account to another.

what rewards points are you referring to? are they through the xbox live rewards program or through another program? if they are through the xbox live rewards program you must have 100 points pending in your account, before they will be transferred.

If I opt-out of Xbox Live Rewards, what happens to my existing Rewards Credits?



Once you opt-out, you will immediately stop earning Xbox Live Rewards Credits. Xbox Live Rewards members who choose to opt-out of the program rather than make the transition to Microsoft Rewards will not forfeit any pending Xbox Live Rewards Credits
in their account. Instead, your remaining Rewards Credits and MyVIP Getms balance will be deposited into your Microsoft account in the form of your local currency. You will then have one (1) year to spend that currency on digwhen will they be transferred into
the local currencey

If we are unable to make this final deposit to your Microsoft account for some reason and you have opted-out of the program, we will follow up with you directly to fulfill your undeposited credits. You can also reach out to us on our support

It is no longer possible to change the region of your Xbox Live Rewards account, since we have disabled new user registrations for your region. If you choose not to change your region, your deposits will continue to fail, and your Credits will remain in
your Xbox Live Rewards account. Since these Credits will still be in your account at the time of the transition, these funds will be converted into Microsoft Rewards points:

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalogue. See the next question for when to expect your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems if you have opted-out of making
the transition to Microsoft Rewards.
