My Xbox live rewards account says my info needs updating but all of my info is correct.

I went to my xbox live reward account to see how many credits i have accumulated and i see a popup box that says i need to update my billing info so we can make a deposit. So, i click the link in the message to go update my info and when i get to my payment
and billing account page all of my info is correct. I didnt know what i had to do because it was all correct. But, i noticed that the first letter in my town wasnt capitalized so i thought maybe that was it but when i fixed then saved it the problem wasnt
solved. i dont know what the problem is or what i need to update. i just purchased some games recently and i dont want to miss out on any credits. please help resolve this issue, thank you.

Says account needs updated

Rewards page says my account needs updating, but everything in the Billing info link is correct. What else can I do to correct this?

 

Your account needs updating to make a deposit!

Over the past several months, my Xbox Live Rewards page has said the error message "Your account needs updating to make a deposit!" But all my info is correct on the Microsoft Commerce account
page. Even when I go into edit the info and click save, the Rewards page remains with the same message.

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly
communicated to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. This issue is currently being worked
