    My Xbox Live account has been suspended for communication for 100 days.I haven’t been given to submit a case review. The suspension is very unclear why.I imagine it was probably my friend that were on my Xbox.I want the suspension to be reduced or completely
    taken down for one, very poor costumer support on not clear defining the suspension and two,because it wasn’t me.The account is Soccerislife 70

    You are only showing that they are correct

    Forums is also under the rules of the terms of use

    And they do not use forums

    As mentioned before

    100 days communication suspended for 'BULLYING'..

    Just figured I'd post on the forums to see what people know and perhaps shed some light myself.

    ..so naturally: I'm communication suspended, I was playing with some 'less than reputable' people, namely a jewish-police officer and his 'friends', they all decided to report me after I wouldn't 'submit' to them the idea I believed they were 'good at the
    game' - literally 'the' reason, so I might have called one of them a 'puss' in a message and said to relate it to his 'friend' that 'reported and then blocked me'.

    This is the reason I was initially communication suspended - 'puss' - no 'y' attached just the 'stuff' you get when you pop a 'white-head'.

    ..anyhow, because of my 'past behaviour' in which I've had numerous communication suspensions for stuff as 'trivial' as this every-time MY account is then issued with a communication suspension; it is ALWAYS 2 weeks regardless of severity (another article
    of proof of at least a 'semi-automated' system in which the only manual part is to be offended and click the button etc) because it's me, they look at my account and see; well WE issued him suspensions before that were 2 weeks and we CANT give less than that
    or base it on severity.. so fine, I have ANOTHER 2 week communication suspension for saying the word puss, fine.. but then my communication suspension is served and NO I did not submit a 'case review' because I know how the 'system' works and have filed numerous
    reviews only to receive nothing in terms of information related to or justifications for applying the suspension, that and the last time I submitted a case review for something equally as petty as the word PUSS I was 'then' issued a harsher penalty for DARING
    to question the beloved pets, I believe it was an extra 48 hours so deciding to 'skip' that this time I just rode out the suspension..

    The suspension ended and I still have a communication suspension..

    I already 'restarted' the console, re-downloaded my profile etc..

    Apparently I still have to 'serve time' for saying puss.. (when will I ever learn).

    ~WARNING, EXPOSED SYSTEM IMMINENT~

    On top of 'this' (and here's where it gets sinister).. I was 'navigating' my emails, having a look around and stuff (this was while I was on 'recorded' suspension) and I just 'happened' to click on my Junk emails..

    In my Junk emails was an email that stood out to me ~> it 'appeared' to be from the xblpets (key word appeared) but EVERY message I ever had from the pets thus far was ALWAYS directed to my inbox, ALWAYS.

    ..so naturally I was curious and I clicked on this email, upon opening the email the 'format' of the message was clearly indicative of a replicated 'xblpet' message BUT there was one curious feature of this message (besides 'falling' into junk folder for
    being a MIRROR account and CLEARLY proving an individual acting on their own accord) there was 'listed' in the text 'examples' the 'individual' decided to put as to 'why' I'd be 'serving a suspension', I remember distinctly seeing the 'term' BULLYING..

    the message read 'somewhat' like this;

    For Bullying people on xbox live etc etc, read the guidelines etc etc, but THEN in the message itself was a 'suspension notice' of 100 days, it literally said; you are communication suspended for a 100 days for 'bullying behaviour' type bs

    ^ this message was in my junk emails.

    ..so after 'serving' my communication suspension of 2 weeks + 1 day (15 days) for saying PUSS I contacted xbox 'support' to see what I needed to do to get my communications 'working' again.

    I mentioned to them that I'd served 2 weeks + etc and I got talking to them.. I asked them what was up and they told me stuff like 'I can see your suspension is ending today'..

    I asked them: 'do you think it could be related to the spam message that ended up in my inbox saying I'd have 100 days suspension' and then they 'checked' my profile and they SAW a 100 day communication suspension..

    NATURALLY, I checked my emails to try and provide the 'evidence' to the support staff, perhaps they could run an investigation into it idk.. and the 'weird' part about this is;

    #1 the email that was in my 'junk' emails was NO LONGER THERE ~> something I didn't even think possible without HACKING

    (that someone could remove the email they'd already sent..)

    #2 my 'case' WAS clearly related to THIS email and was 100% PROOF of an invalid system that RELIES on an individual making the 'correct' choice - in my case it was up to an individual that sent me the junk email who ALSO applied the suspension to make the
    decision.. clearly a vindictive decision was made and not even issued using proper protocol (hence the JUNK FOLDER)

    ^ I wouldn't have even known about 'this' had I not RANDOMLY checked my junk emails..

    The 'log' of me talking with the 'support' is evidence I had PRIOR knowledge about the suspension on my account being '100 days' yet it is NOT listed ANYWHERE (not even in my emails anymore) so HOW could I 'know' this unless I'm right and WAS sent the email
    stating 'you are getting 100 days communication suspension for bullying'..

    ..why can't I see the suspension for myself? it's not listed in enforcement history..

    there's clearly malicious people in the xblpet system, and you can be malicious under the guise of protecting another but it doesn't validate you as righteous.

    ..anyhow just a heads up at the shady practices ~> 100 days in your junk folder.

    the ONLY thing I even care about (I don't even care to 'talk' to people online for 100 days, I can do that np) I want to know WHO sent the junk email, I want to know HOW they removed the junk email from my inbox, etc

    I want 'that' looked into, second to 'that' I want an 'explanation' of my suspension not necessarily 'why' but at LEAST somewhere I can LOOK and SEE myself that I'm actually suspended ~> as far as 'enforcement history' goes I'm not suspended right now..

    The enforcement team does not use the forums so no one here would have information on your suspension. Most likely it was an extension of a previous extension which would be listed at

    had I known 'this' of-course I would've 'fought' it with a case review, in my eyes it's exactly WHY 'they' (the scumbag **** munching pets) 'handled' it this way, they wanted to 'slip' it by so heads up. check your Junk emails, I cant even get another suspension
    so I cant submit another review because I cant send messages still ;)

    so no 'review' of a 100 days possible.. slimy bastards.

    oh and the jewish police officer was called 'MidWithAMouth' and I met him on Smite, he made sure he 'wrote up a victims report' (being the victims of time..) and 'played the system' (being a pig).

    so again, heads up when you deal with these ... 'people'.
