My xbox live is not recognised.

I redeemed an Microsoft reward on my xbox for a month of xbox live, I received the code and used it on Microsoft.com/redeem.

I redeemed that before my old one run out and I just turned my xbox on and it's telling me I need to buy xbox live.

When I open order history on my xbox it's showing up that I redeemed a 1 month gold for £0.00 .

When I go to Microsoft.com and look at my redeems it shows redeemed for $0.00.

But I'm in the EU € ?

But when I look on xbox.com it's telling me I don't have xbox live and I have to purchase it..

So please tell me how to sync everything so I can enjoy my games?

Try opening guide, going to settings, account, remove account. Then power cycle by pressing and holding the power button till fully off then wait 60 seconds and power up again. Add your account back to the console.

You will need your password and email address.

there is a current status alert that could be the reason that your Live Gold isn't showing on your Xbox

You're sure you activated the code on tje right account?

It can also take a little while to register.

Yes I especially did it on my xbox, and it's saying on xbox that its redeemed but on xbox.com its saying that I need xbox live it's not syncing or something.

I have had the same problem, I am logged in to xbox live but titanfall will not recognise the account so unable to play it, seems strange as it was working fine for a short while, this is also happening with other xbox live games I have downloaded. Any
ideas how I can geg these games to recognise my account?
