    I've payed on 20/12/2017..I hope you will resolve the problem soon

    Check out this link. Once you sign in, click on the orange gavel and check your recent suspension/ban status. If it is worthy of a review there will be a small link next to the description of the suspension. Also, check the email associated with the Gamertag. Enforcement
    sends a description of the suspension there as well.
