    Hey everyone,

    I'll try to be more specific and add more details.

    I live in France so first of all, sorry for the upcoming mistakes.

    I buy every year an 1 year xbox live code from the internet, the last one i bought was about 3 weeks ago, so basically I have the xbox live until next year August. I saw the ad for the ultimate, 1 euro for 1 month and i decided to try it. It activated properly
    but when I saw that the next payment would be in one year, in September 2020, i thought it was an error so i decided to cancel my ultimate subscription and get a 1 euro refund.

    But now I have lost everything, the xbox game pass, i'm okay with that, but i also lost my xbox live, which were supposed to last until next year.

    I just bought the 1 year code and i only enjoyed it for 3 weeks.

    I don't know what happened and how to get my normal xbox live.

    I need help and a solution.

    I take advantage of the offer of a euro and transform my months from gold to ultimate. if I had known, first I would have increased my permanence in gold by one more year and then transformed it to ultimate. I still thought it was a spectacular offer

    My son had gold through Aug 29th . He was enticed by the $1 ultamate game pass trial . Canceled the pass and list his remaining gold . So he now sits with no live because they wont reinstate his remaining gold pass . He had no idea he was gonna
    lose his gold by doing the ultamate pass . Total scam xbox !
    This honestly should be in a separate thread, but it can be answered here, too. The offer details state clearly that when the prepaid membership is converted, it is transformed from Gold to Ultimate. So if the Ultimate subscription is cancelled, there is
    no other subscription to fall back on.

    Converting Xbox Live Gold to Game Pass

    Hi,

    If you cancel Xbox Game Pass Ultimate you will no longer have all it has to offer. When you feel like cancelling you can go to microsoft.com and locate the subscription tab from there you can cancel your Game pass ultimate and Renew your Xbox Live Gold. Or you can go to subscriptions on the Xbox settings find your Xbox live Gold on there and Renew it that way.

    if you have never acquired a Game Pass Ultimate membership, your gold membership transforms into it (I don't know if they still give you 12 months per offer or convert gold to ultimate)

    Gamepass Ultimate includes Xbox Live gold and Gamepass. So if you cancel Gamepass Ultimate you cancel your gold too.
