    yesterday my sister ended up signing the Ultimate Game Pass, i canceled later, but today i can't play because it says i'm out of gold

    ( i signed up for 1 year live gold last month) what do i do?

    Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. As stated above, the Gamepass ultimate is directly tied to your Xbox live gold. Since you cancelled gamepass, your gold was cancelled along with it. I highly recommend
    contacting a live support agent to look over any possible options.

    Unfortunately, when you sign up for ultimate game pass, gold gets merged into that subscription. if you unsubscribe you need to purchase gold again.
