    My Xbox Live Gold Reward was Never Given to Me


    I wanted to redeem a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold card, because they were available at the time and I have the Gems to buy it. My Gold was running out, so I figured to bolster my membership buy purchasing more. I never received a confirmation message, which I thought
    was suspicious, but since at the time, my Gold had been renewed, I thought it had gone through anyway. Fast forward to today, a month later at 5/2/2018, where Xbox is asking me to renew my account PHYSICALLY by the 7th.

    I go to the Contact Us section of the website on Xbox to speak about it, and come to find out, that I was never processed, but apparently that didn't stop them from taking my Gems out of my VIP account. What I would ideally want, is my 3 Month Xbox Live Gold
    code, but realistically speaking I doubt I will receive it any time soon. Is it my fault for not addressing it immediately? Not when one shall refer earlier into this post where I mention that at the time, I thought it went through once my account was evidently
    renewed. As today, I went back, and redeemed a $1.25 Direct Deposit through Microsoft Rewards as a secondary, so there is no excuse for my Gems to be taken without some kind of trade being given in return.

    TLDR: I want the 3 Month Xbox Live Gold code I traded my Gems in for, that I never received. Though I will not hold my breath in waiting.

    XBOX Live rewards not recognizing me as Gold member.

    Hi,

    I've joined XBOX rewards a couple weeks ago and my XBOX Live Rewards page even confirms I'm part of the reward program since the 8th.

    I'm an XBOX live Gold member and my membership will expire on the 24th of this month.

    When trying to refer a friend for an XBOX Live Gold subscription it gives me an error telling me I have to be an XBOX Live Gold member myself before being able to refer a friend.

    Could you look into this for me please ?

    Xbox Live Rewards Not Recognizing My Gold Subscription

    I have been dealing with a problem for a long while now and it has not yet been resolved. I have had a gold subscription for many consecutive months and none of my rewards had gold benefits. Xbox Live Rewards still doesn't recognize my gold subscriptions
    and fails to give me my Gold subscription bonuses for any of the rewards points I had been accumulating over the past months. Another problem is that my digital downloads/ purchases made from the Xbox live store have yet to deliver to me any return Xbox live
    rewards points. It is frustrating that my loyalty and dedication is not reaping me the benefits which are promised such as Xbox Live Rewards Points, an increased My VIP rank and My VIP Gems. Please help me resolve this issue.

    It sounds like you thought your Gold was automatically redeemed through the MyVIP Vault interface. However, as it sounds like you suspected, the Vault does not automatically redeem items, but sends a token code to your vault registered email address to enter
    manually into the (http://redeem.microsoft.com) site. We have escalated this request to our Vault team to investigate. In the meanwhile, you may wish to double check your vault registered email address. Many of these
    issues seem to arise due to users manually entering an email address that is different than their normal contact address.

    That email address is, in fact, correct. While I have two emails I use, that Hotmail address is what I use for Xbox purposes.

    address we have for you account is associated with a different domain. Have you also checked your other email address?

    Well I do have a Gmail, which is essentially the same as my hotmail email. Though I may have set up both for Xbox, since I use my Gmail for everything else. There is a chance my Vault may be through that one if anything else @"[Personal Information Removed]"

    Since your prize was sent to your GMail, it would not have been found at your Hotmail address. Our win fulfillment team has confirmed that your prize was sent to your GMail account, which was likely why you never received your prize email at your expected

    That email address is, in fact, correct. While I have two emails I use, that Hotmail address is what I use for Xbox purposes.
