My xbox live gold ran out but im gamesharing

Me and my friend are both gamesharing everything was fine until today, xbox just randomly took me out of the party and i couldn't play my xbox live games or his game pass games this was weird because non of us change our home xboxes please some one help.

(My friend did not run out of gold BTW)

im still unable to spend money i ran out of gold membership and Im not spending money out of my creditcard to renew it when I have 65$ + on my xbox live acc.

i am gamesharing with my brother that i know has gold, yet when i set his account as my home xbox and sign out of his account and try to start a game or play a game that requires gold, it says i don't have gold and i have to buy it so im confused

Its doing the samething to me but im not sure whether its paid for a months xbox live, wether it ran out in the first place, but now its saying ive got a gold and its just keeps going
