my Xbox live gold is not logging in again

Hello, If you have previously connected to a trial version of xbox live gold with your account it will not let you do so again. Make sure you are in fact able to get your trial version of xbox live gold to work, you should see it redeemed under your subscriptions
in your my games and apps page of your xbox one. Logging off of your account and logging back in also sometimes helps when my account gets stuck and is unable to read that I am connected to Xbox live.

But what about my Xbox live Gold membership? I think they will be able to use it, but if I'm connected to mine, can I use it first? I mean, if we are both connected on our consoles, my account will be logged in on my xbox, so I will have my xbox live gold,

PR1NCE DARKNESS I have already tried this previously, it was unsuccessful. My account when on xbox live rewards is registered as a silver account and tells me to upgrade to gold. But I do have a xbox live gold membership and says so when I log onto xbox
live and xbox.com. But for some reason on rewards.xbox.com im still considered a silver member. I will try this process again though, and tell you the results.

it says its active on my xbox app. and when i log into my xbox, it says to join xbox live gold

When my son trys to play any game that requires him to log into Xbox Live (ex: Fortnite, COD4) to play with others in network, he gets a screen that says he has to purchase Xbox Live or Live Gold. He already has an active Xbox Live Gold subscription. He
can download updates but can't log into Live at all. I have reset my internet and had my son hard reset his console; neither worked.
