my xbox live gold i purchased from spain dont work in morocco

Hey there x24hrs, my problem is not the gold card not working, i'm 100% sure that gold will work in this account even bein US and i'm in portugal as i already did used in other account before, the issue is, if the gold games will be possible to be downloaded,
i hear alot of people for example, that can be in spain(live in spain) lets say, and they create account for US for the bonus stuff such as movies and all that, but alot of people say they gettin errors download the gold games, pretty sure is for having diferent
region of xbox to account, plus xbox check IP's in your location where you live, thats why people get region errors i guess, was gonna migrate the account from US to Portugal, but what if i put the gold after and go try download gold games and dont work? think
is suppost to work if i change region.

Ok, I think I might not have explained it quite well enough here:

I am english, and live in Spain, and don't speak enough Spanish to be fluent.

I bought the console in Spain.

I set up the account in Spain

I am connected in Spain - and never go to or connect in the UK

If I create a new account I have the following questions:

How and where do I do that?

Will I be able to transfer my profile and progress to that account?

I have just purchased a 12 month membership for my live account - can that be transferred in the process? If so how?

If not - do I have to buy a new membership for Live gold?
