My Xbox Live gold card is damage when I tried to scratch it!

Take it back to where you bought the card from. There's nothing xbox support can help you with considering your issue was created by operator error and not because of xbox or Microsoft themselves

I have a similar issue to this. I bought my son, who is autistic, an xbox live gold 3 month subscription but the code under the scratch off panel is severely damaged and cannot be read. I have tried to contact xbox support and repeatedly asked for call back but not received call at all. I have both card and store receipts and can provide both if needed.

i have the same problem but it says for me the code is invalid evendo it wasnt scratch before me ive tried many times and it wont work its a 3 month xbox live gold card

Xbox Gift Cards should have a scratch-away or peel-away line on the back to reveal the 25-character code. (If it's scratch-away, always use caution when scratching off the obscurer, as you don't want to damage the numbers underneath, or there's no real
way to recover the code)

Since you also haven't got a credit card, your only option for gold when you have the money is to buy a prepaid gold card, which has a 5 by 5 digit code, you scratch off the panel and type the code on either xbox.com or on the xbox itself, and that will
give you so many months of xbox live gold.
