My Xbox live code won’t work

I bought a 3 month xbox live gold card. I did this at gamestop. I come home no the code wasnt scratched. It claims my code has already been redeemed. This is not okay. If its not fixed in a few days i will be giving my Xbox away. Im sick of things not
working for me.

That's odd. The gamestop I go to prints the code off on the receipt.

I got a message saying it was fixed. Im not really sure. I have called support and i just get keep being sent to the online link. I have tried everything it says. This is a problem through Xbox I believe. Its really upsetting because of the money spent
on it.

Always check the code isnt exposed and dont except it if it looks dodgy

Hi, if you are trying to redeem it on your Xbox console, I'd recommend attempting to redeem it via the official Microsoft link redeem.microsoft.com.

1. Sign in, enter the 25-character code, then follow the prompts. Don’t worry about hyphens, the system takes
care of those for you.

If it still says it has been redeemed, try contacting support and see if they can help you with any of your concerns; http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

If you are still having issues, I'd recommenced taking it back to the store and explaining your situation. If you are speaking to the correct person, they will be able to see the date the
code was redeemed and possibly reimburse you. This also happened to me about 2 years ago with a PlayStation card.
