MY XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED BY ACCIDENT

So recently my xbox live account was banned. At the time i didnt do anything and at this point ive given up with xbox banning me. I didnt make a case review because those never work. So i took the 2 weeks banned. As im waiting for the 2 weeks to be over
i notice that im not banned, confused i just left it alone and kept playing. That was a month ago i got unbanned. Yesterday i get a message from xbox live stating “the banned was on accident on our part for the inconvience heres a PREIMUM SUBSCRIPTION”. I
forgot to mention i was already a week into my ban before the whole unbanned thing happened. A week where i couldnt communicate with friends and play multiplayer. So im making this because i went threw this ban that was a “mistake” for a week and i didnt do
anything. But theres people out there sending me several racist messages by the minute and when i report them NOTHING HAPPENS. But i literally do nothing, get banned

They admitted to it a MONTH later also after i already did A WEEK of the ban. Accident or not banning me then giving me that subsciption that i wont use isnt okay. Then theres people out there saying way worse stuff and not getting banned.

Clearly the enforcement team isnt helpful in my case.

If i reported someone for harrassment and they get banned XBOX LIVE would send me a message saying “thanks fir msking our community a safer place” sonething like that letting me know that person has been banned. The fact that i reported him for several messages
that he sent and i didnt get that message from xbox means he wasnt banned.

You have no way of knowing if "nothing happens". Xbox doesn't share that info.

They admitted it was an accident. If you find people breaking the rules report/block them and move on and let the enforcement team do their thing.

After a little bit of digging, I found this: http://youtu.be/qD8svb68f8s Judging by the upload date of that video, it looks like you were playing Halo 4 almost a month before its official release.
Seems that ban was justified after all.
