My Xbox live account shuts down at 12:15am to 1am every night.

Yes I tested the connection on my computer at the same time it was at 125mbps while my Xbox was still between 15-25mbps. I checked my Xbox after midnight where I live though and the speed was 107mbps at 12:15am and 117mbps at 12:30am. So it looks like
it is either my ISP capping the speed on my Xbox based on its IP or MAC address maybe, or the MS servers capping it during peak times. Still frustrating to pay for 100mbps down and not get it with a wired connection at all times.

I fall into the category that Jordan just mentioned. My girlfriend lives with me and I do spend time with her every day and quite a bit of time on the xbox. I also work out of the house or in the shop. Last night infact I did not get off until 1am.

Whenever I go through the shut down routine at night, my Dog goes to lay down on her bed for the night, every night, without fail.

Xbox LIVE shut down later last night. This morning it was back, but I had to select it. I'm suspecting that Xbox LIVE wasn't authenticating DLC and that's why the service shut down.

The little glitches are still annoying.
