    Is the xbox 360 servers online shut down or something else my xbox live account is working but it says i dont have the correct permissions to play the games

    Please make sure that each of the next is allowed and available in your account:

    A. If you're trying to use online functionalities you need to have a Live gold subscription active in your account

    B. All the privacy settings needs to be set to "allow"

    PS: Not all the Xbox 360 games has their servers working, depending on the game the online functionalities has been disabled
