My Xbox live 12 months stopped working before it was due to stop working

My Xbox live ( 3 month ) was due to expire on 11/14/12, but is not working today!

I had this issue, but it now seems to be resolved.

I ended up buying a months subscription, then stopping the repeat payment.

EAHub was recently updated so I tried the 12 month again which now works.

However!.

My month subscription was due to end on the 25th November, and my 12 month one has only done 12 months from the date of purchase.

Can I get my 12 month one to start from the end of the month subscription. otherwise, not only have i paid more for a month, but I will be paying for part of that month twice. Is this the right place to raise this?

The thing is my gamepass stopped working when my month was up, this 8€ past due has been added to my account after my gamepass stopped and i had no access to it so that 8€ is a charge for time i didnt have it

Check account.microsoft.com under the subscription tab to be sure your sub is listed there. If it is, try doing a hard restart of the console to see if that clears up the issue.

I bought the 14.99 that says it comes with Xbox live, I was already playing online before it decided to stop working. I started the D2 ladder before it decided to stop working. Sorry, this is why I don’t like this type of communication method.

So, I was already playing online before it decided to stop working. I canceled my subscription because it was weeks and wouldn’t start again. I figure I would try again and reconnected my subscription but the problem persist. We had working accounts and online capabilities before this started.
