My Xbox literally Isn’t updating, I need help. It’s been sitting on this same screen for...

My Xbox is doing the same thing now. It refuses to work with anything I cannot access the Xbox at all.When I used to be able to click on gamesIt would give me a dark blue screen and sit there for hours unless I turned it off out of the wall. Constantly
runs even though it’s turned off normally. It always says “sorry, looks like our service isn’t working right” on it. I can’t even go into settings. So I literally have a dead Xbox sitting on my shelf that is of no use... I don’t understand what happened to
it. Ventelation is good and I have already tried the resetting. I’m at a loss and very upset because I paid for Xbox live and my movie apps and I can’t even get onto my Xbox.

My xbox screen is just the ..sit right while we update your xbox... and it's at 91%...I can't get out of it, it's never needed a wifi cable

It sits on my tv stand with literally nothing around it. I have done so much to try and fix it. I've used canned air, I opt out of the insider program assuming one of the early updates from it did something wrong. It starts up for 10 minutes at
the most now, I have a system update available but as soon as it is almost finished it overheats and cancels the update. Honestly just feel like theres nothing I can do. I've been looking up what others have done and I literally can't find anything to help.

At that point it might need to be repaired.
