    My xbox keeps turning off and it's been happening for a week now


    This has been happening to me for a week i play for like an hour then my xbox turn off so i have to unplug the adapter and then plug it how do i fix it. I have xbox one it's been with me for 5-6 years. Edit : I left xbox update preview omega to check if it's the problem.

    Alll I can say is it keeps happening to me, it's been maybe 3 to 4 weeks now that it happens occasionally. I also have to normally hard boot the Xbox so it doesn't do it immediately again when I would just turn it off and back on

    For some reason my console keeps turning off by itself. It will start playing a game and then all of a sudden it turns off. Happens everytime I try to do anything. One time it even happen when I wasn't doing anything.

    This has been happening to me for the past week and was annoying .. i had to keep reseting xbox every time i turned it on ... but now i think ive sorted it .. i had my xbox one plugged in the HDMI 3 on my tv so ive swapped them round and put it in the HDMI
    1 port and since then its been great and works everytime i turn on my xbox .. hopefully it stays like that 😂

    XBOX ONE turns on my TV but after a couple of seconds it turns off again

    It's also been happening to me. I say "xbox on" and everything turns on (tv/receiver) then the Xbox One turns itself off. repeating "xbox on" does nothing. trying to turn the X1 via the controller did nothing. had to press the button on the box itself
    for it to boot up....which then turned off my tv and receiver. This has happened twice (just now and yesterday).
