    My Xbox Keeps showing the update page and shows the troubleshoot page tight after


    Im trying to play on my xbox and it says updating xbox and it is stuck at (applying update) 33% it's stuck at that percent and then shortly after it shows me the troubleshoot page and I tried to reset it but keep all games and apps and it just keeps looping and now that choice of (reseting but keeping all games and apps) doesn't appear anymore I don't know what to do anymore

    When the update fails, are you able to see something like "Error 201, Error 101" or similar?
    If yes, tell me what's the error code that you're seeing

    If not, are you able to see the option to factory reset but deleting everything?

    I don't know what to do.

    I have tried everything on the troubleshooting page. Apparently the error code it keeps showing is in reference to an Xbox360, even though it is an Xbox one. I'm confused

    screen just shows the update page

    While the console is off, hold down the "Sync" button and turn on the console. Continue holding down "sync" until the console is fully booted.

    This should clear the failed update.
