My Xbox keeps scrolling down to the Add more menu. I can't play any games since it won't stop scrolling down.

Hey,

do you have a keyboard connected to your Xbox ? If so look if something is lying on it !

If not, your controller might be defective.

Is the Genesis pack an add on for the game, or an update to the game? If it's a game add-on then you should be able to remove it.

Go to "My Games and Apps", highlight ARK, and then press the menu button (the one with the three horizontal lines), scroll down to "Manage game & add-ons". If you see "Genesis pack" as an add-on within the "Installed" section, then scroll down to it, and
press the menu button on that pack, then click uninstall.

If you have purchased that deck, then make sure you are logged in with the account that purchased it, and scroll down to the game in my games and apps, and press the menu button on the controller, then select manage game & add-ons, then scroll down to
ready to install, and the add-on should be there. Select it and install it.

When you are in the Main Menu, scroll down to 'Add-Ons' and check if Dawnguard is there.

Also, make sure you have the latest update.

Try removing the update from your HDD and re-installing it.

Go to the Xbox 360 dashboard. If your Xbox 360 is off, turn it on. If you're playing a game on your Xbox 360, click the button in the center of your controller, go to the "Settings" menu, scroll down to "System Settings" and press "A." This will take you
from the game to the dashboard and allow you to skip to Step 4.

Scroll up or down to go to the "My Xbox" menu.

Scroll right to go to the "System Settings" menu, and press the "A" button.

Scroll down to go to "Memory," and press the "A" button.

Scroll down to go to "Hard Drive," and press the "A" button.

Scroll down to "Clear System Cache," and press the "A" button.

Select "Yes" and press the "A" button when prompted to confirm that you would like to "perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices" and continue. Wait for the updates to be removed and go back to the dashboard.
