My Xbox keeps on updating the microsoft store this has been going on for the last few weeks. I woke up today to find out that the store needed and update AGAIN I waited twenty minutes and jt was still on zero and I looked looked on the ask a question to
see if anyone else is experiencing the same thing I am so one told me to download the Xbox Insider Hub and that didnt download either even though I stopped the updates I looked in the settings for updates and I hade to update my entire Xbox so I did. I logged
back in after the update and I hade two microsoft store updates.

so the issue is I keep getting random updates all the time and I cant download anything.

My console is doing the same thing. In the past week or so, i have had Microsoft store updates nearly every day and they come in twos. Each time i have two separate updates for it. I have also began encountering issues with my game saves syncing since
this began. I have reset my console to factory 3 times now, and it has not fixed it. Very annoying to say the least.

I previously encountered error 0x803FB005 when trying to update Game Bar (System Components) in Microsoft Store - that's now fixed, thank you.

Next problem, like others have mentioned, is that the Xbox app in Microsoft Store needs an update, but it's stuck on "Downloading". Will keep trying.

That should be fine because the Microsoft store needs to update but other than that if you want it to stop updating automatically then you'll need to go to All Settings, System, Updates, and Console, before deselecting Keep my console up to date and Keep my games & apps up to date.

Hi oliixz,

sorry to hear. Check also if there are Updates pending in the Store APP: Select the Start
button, and then from the apps list, select Microsoft Store. In Microsoft Store, select See more/Downloads and updates/Get updates.

Hope this helps and please keep us informed

Hi JesseNieboer,

sorry to hear. Maybe you only have to check this:

Check if there are Updates pending in the Store APP: Select the Start
button, and then from the apps list, select Microsoft Store. In Microsoft Store, select See more/Downloads and updates/Get updates.
Check if all 4 XBOX Services and the 2 gaming service are running (via taskmanager).

Hope this helps and please keep us informed
