My xbox keeps lagging and stops completely and never restarts what shld I do someone pls...

What exactly is your Xbox console model?
What steps have you tried so far?

Please try to power cycle your console and see if that fixes the issue. Press and hold the Xbox power button for 10 sec until it turns off. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

If that doesn't work, I recommend you to perform a factory reset to remove potentially corrupted data. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? Please choose “Reset and keep my games & apps”

so by this logic i shld avoid aela till after 30 if i want her? or do they level as u do?

Someone explain this to me. I don't know what Lag Switching is? I can see in the video people are completely freezing and he then kills them. How is he getting them to freeze? I've never seen this.

Its not a conspiracy, its a fact. Not just lag comp though, lag in general. They want the playing field even to keep people playing, if some crappy player didnt get lag advantage every now and then they would stop playing and stop buying the series. The
lag advantage they get every now and then creates the illusion that they dont suck as much as they really do. Thats why there will NEVER be dedicated servers for this franchise.
