My Xbox keeps kicking me out of cloud games.

It seems to be a problem affecting several players, including myself, as on the Xbox Cloud Gaming website, the "Play" button appears disabled, and when attempting to run a Cloud game from the Xbox App on PC it automatically closes instantly.



At the moment, Xbox has not officially announced anything regarding this issue, but given the situation, it's necessary to report the emerging problem to Xbox so that they can investigate and resolve it as soon as possible through the following link:

On the right side of the web page, press the green button that says "Report" and fill in the information requested regarding the problem.

Hey Sammi, Please try the following to resolve your issue:

1. Delete your profile (profile only, NOT profile and all items)
   
2. Clear the System Cache
   
3. Re-download your profile

In that case I think we should reset the factory console through a USB, if you want to do this I will leave you the following link where all the steps are: support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

Remember: Resetting your console to factory settings will erase all accounts, saved games, settings, and associations from Xbox Home. Anything not synced to the Xbox network will be lost

I’ve already done all those rn I’m trying to play apex and the error message says “Connection to server timed out” I tried other games and it basically js does the same thing. It freezes me in game then kicks me out to the game menu, and it isn’t my WiFi I’m at 20 ping idk why it keeps doing it. But thanks for the help Anyways.
