My Xbox keeps kicking me from games and parties

Too much kids are keep kicking people form the party. I saw many kids just inv me to game and then I join the game and I got kick form the game and party. (I think 81% -93% kids are keep kicking people)

dude me and 4 of my xbox live friends just went through the same thing. we'll be gaming on codb2 then someone lags out at the beginning or half way through or we all get kicked into our own parties and out of the match or we all get kicked from the party
and strat to xbox dashboard. i just keep getting 'error with cod:bo2 servers'. WHY?!?!?!?!?

Bro so quick question maybe you can help I upgraded to a pc from my Xbox but when I try to go into parties it keeps kicking me any ideas?

i know but it keep kicking me off live when ever i play games , kicks me out of parties and i have good connection
