    I tried to reset my Xbox And it still pops it up I restarted it but this happened months ago I clicked the first option on my screen on troubleshoot And it worked I got my account back months later it does the same thing I restart it unplugged it for 30 seconds didn't work I clicked the first option it still shows this up I want to speak to someone As soon as possible

    There should be an error code visible from there on your end, can I have it please? This will determine what are the necessary steps we have to perform.

    Xbox One stuck on black screen after boot up

    The same thing happened to me this morning. Xbox worked last night and started downloading Forza free demo. Turned it on this morning and got the White XBox logo but start up did not continue after that. Turned it off and back on and now all we get is a
    black screen. I have tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and I still get black screen. Tried to power-cycle (hold down power button for 10s) and I still get black screen. Tried different HDMI inputs and that did not work. First day of Christmas vacation
    for my son and no Xbox. Please help.

    I'm experiencing the same problem. It began yesterday on Christmas. Early in the morning my Xbox One worked fine, but wouldn't connect to live. Then after connecting my new headset and changing settings, I turned on the console and it started with a green
    screen that shows the xbox logo and three dots that load. This screen appeared for a few seconds and then it went black. I have waited for 30 minutes and the screen still stays black. After countless tries of power-cycling, trying different HDMI cables and
    ports it randomly worked once yesterday and I could connect to Xbox Live. Although, after turning off the console the problem reoccurred and didn't work the rest of Christmas night or at all today. I have continued to try to power-cycle it and troubleshoot
    it, but it continues to go to a black screen. Any solution to fix this problem from Xbox support would be helpful. Thank you.
