    My xbox keeps disconnecting


    Ok so my ill be playing a game and it'll disconnect mid game then black screen or it won't let my controller move but after it starts moving and try to go to internet settings it say troubleshooting anyone know how to fix this

    and ya i've been a big fan of xbox microsoft since forever, i convinced most of my friends buy xbox products, xbox now runs in my family genration cause of me, but microsoft has been letting alot of consumers down lately, so i hope its pulls it self together,
    cause im not heading down to my doomed life (Sony Play Station) so please fix that problem cause im not the only one whos been having that disconnection problem

    Hey Cypress, sorry to hear about the connection issues! I'm confident we can get these sorted out in no time. The first thing we'll try is resetting the modem and router by unplugging power to both for about 10 seconds each. After ten seconds, plug the modem
    back in. Once all of the lights are back on for the modem, plug the router back in. Once those lights are booted up, try running a LIVE connection test. Can you please give that a try, and let me know how it turns out? :)
