Before you factory reset, turn off your console, remove the power cable from the console, then power cycle your network hardware. Wait until your network is fully functional before turning your console back on.

Try wired ethernet connection to your network hardware instead of WiFi. You may be getting signal interference.

power cycle on your Xbox One X. We have several
articles to help
troubleshoot the console
from disconnecting from the wifi. If these articles don't help fix the issue, then the best thing to do would be to
contact customer support
so that we can help troubleshoot the console with you. Also, If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console. [Keep my Games and Apps]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter. This will reset
the Operating system [OS] of the console and allow you a fresh start-up and a fresh connection to your network through wifi.

In addition, try to reboot/reset your modem and maybe even talk to your ISP provider in case they know something more about what could be causing the signal loss.
