my xbox keeps disconnecting every few minutes PLEASE ANY INFO HELPS

I am not really sure why it works at night. That's the strange part here.

Your wireless signal or Wi-Fi is working fine since you're able to use it fine. It's most probably an issue with the Ethernet port itself or other hardware parts related to the network of your console.

Each router has their own different features. I am not certain what feature it would be but it's possible it could be in its configuration.

We have here two possible reasons why it's happening. It's possibly be an issue of the console's Ethernet port or possibly be a cable issue (unstable/faulty). To rule them out, it would be best to bring or test your console to a different location like a friend's or family's house. If your console performs well on a different location with a different network setup then it's your network connection that has the issue. But if it has the same issue on a different location, there must be an issue of your console hardware that you need to send it for a repair.

this only happens to my xbox, no other device. and it didint even happen for the first week or 2 of having this router. if it would be a configuration problem what do you think i could change in my router settings to have an effect?

just did a deep clean on my ethernet port, didint look damaged or dirty, but lets hope it works. could it perhaps be the wifi board inside or is that only for wireless?
