    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I'm sorry for the trouble, Mason. When you reset the console did you choose to keep my games and apps or remove everything?

    Also, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? A corrupted hard drive may cause issues.

    Xbox running very slow and freezing

    Hi.. the exact same thing is happening to me but I've played on it every day

    It's only started happening briefly this past week but last night I had a power cut n when it came back on my xbox system had the new screen format update

    Turned my xbox on this morning and for the past 2 hours I have done nothing but reset cache and factory reset keeping games

    It's still freezing and being slow

    I'm at my wits end now

    Trying to fix the 0x00000001 error. Solutions given do not work.

    What I ended up having to do was a full factory reset. So I suggest backing up the files you want to keep and then doing the factory reset.

    Games will not start

    Sorry for the late reply, I did a factory reset on my xbox and it got a little better but games are still taking long times to open and whenever I press the home button for the menu it either pops up and freezes or just doesent show anything at all. It
    is slow and takes a while to start up and right now I can not get to my homescreen or games/apps because of the un responsive menu. My screen has also froze once or twice since the factory reset.
