    my Xbox isn’t loading anything


    My Xbox won’t load any games or app. My data isn’t syncing and I’ve restarted my Xbox multiple times even did a hard reset and still nothing. What can I do? I’m not sure if it’s an actual Xbox issue or a wifi issue. Would I need to just get a new Xbox if nothing is fixing it?

    Why can I not purchase Star Wars Jedi survivor at discounted or full price?

    Whenever I try to open a chat box or request a call from Xbox support, it opens a page with a white screen that never loads anything. Both on my phone and computer. So no, Janet, apparently “technical support” isn’t a option either.

    Would you mind giving this a try?

    • Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds, until it shuts down.

    • Unplug your external hard drive.

    • Unplug your power supply unit from both the console and the outlet for 5 minutes.

    • Turn your console on but leave the external hard drive unplugged.

    • Try running the updates again.

    My Xbox isn’t installing anything

    I am using an original Xbox One

    I am using a Seagate 1TB external hard drive.

    I have not seen any error codes while updating the store, nor have I had any network issues as I’m using a Wired connection that doesn’t have issues when this occurs.
