    My xbox isn't formatting my Hard driver


    So……. i've bought a New HD because my old one broke. When it arrived I tested on PC first and Was everything working well, then i pluged out The HD from PC (l dont remember if I made it by ejecting this). After this I pluged in on xbox and aparently everything Was well, until The formating part. When I pressed format The HD Wasn't showing up. I Tried it a lot of times. So l connect HD back to PC and i couldnt save anything on it. I checked a lot of things and it was in RAW format and I think if I change RAW to NTFS it Will return working. But I've tried a ton of ways tô change it and I wasn't sucefull in any of it. Can someone help me plss?

    Format my Hard Drive?

    What i might suggest is taking out the harddrive and installing it in another xbox to see if it will register there as unformatted and if it does, try formatting it again on that xbox then transferring it back.

    Try formatting your hard drive again, could be the manufacturers formatting that could be why the Xbox One isn't reading it. It needs to have a standard NTFS partition for Hard drives and Fat32 for flash drive storage.
