    My Xbox is turning off by itself while playing certain games


    Hello my Xbox Series X is turning itself off randomly when playing certain games the main game at the moment is Call of duty when I I bought this Xbox it worked fine but all of sudden for certain games it just randomly shuts off it’s really annoying and I’ve tried a lot of different solutions like making sure it does not overheat I’ve made sure the Xbox cable is connected to a wall and not a extension cable I have not tried a factory reset yet because when it says removes everything I don’t know if any of my progress will be deleted some people say a few Xbox series X have had issues in there power supply and are faulty I really hope that’s not the reason as I spent alot of money on this Xbox for it not to work properly plz do you have any solutions

    Make sure all cables are connected correctly and all system updates are installed. You can do factory reset if you subscribe to Gamepass your game saves and application are saved in the cloud. If it doesn't work, it could be a problem with the source in my opinion.

    i have the same problem with my xbox one. i found that if you take the disk out after playing, the xbox will not turn on by itself but you can still here the eject noise while its off sometimes. it still ejects my disk by itself also while im playing a game
