My xbox is Turing on, then it doesn't do anything and then turns itself off

In case the issue still persist, the best thing to do is to send it for a service.
I totally understand that you are having issues with the console. No worries, I have here the link to request a service for your console, make sure to register it first:

Once registered, click show details then Start a service online.

If it is an Xbox One console, you can try using a different power supply but if not, in most cases, the console needs a service though. You can also try plugging it in to a different wall outlet.

Hey BiggishTitan512! Do you have your console set to Power-Saver or Instant-On mode? Additionally, does the console make a chime sound and fully turn on display or does it appear to only be installing updates? Post back and let us know!

now my xbox started this from today

For some reason my console keeps turning off by itself. It will start playing a game and then all of a sudden it turns off. Happens everytime I try to do anything. One time it even happen when I wasn't doing anything.

I did try this, only recently. Turing off only the Clubs option actually turned off everything but the feed from Xbox. None of my friends posts are shown after toggling this option.
