My Xbox is super laggy and gets stuck on every screen for about 5 minutes

I have a Xbox one s that one day randomly just started getting to slow and won't load anything I have tried everything hard reset factory reset and offline system update with the USB and nothing works it's still so laggy it won't even let me sign into my profile

No I don't have anything plugged into the console

I tried it it was stuck on the green Xbox screen for like 10 minutes and when I tried to log in my account it gave me this error code 0x8027025a

Kindly try performing a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? A corrupted hard drive may cause issues as well.

Every time I've tried it takes forever to get a match (and I'm pretty patient) and then the match is super laggy.
