My Xbox is stuck on a blank sign in screen.

I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing some issues with your console.

• I understand your console is getting stuck on a white screen, a soft factory reset on your console should fix this. Could you give that a try?

To do this:

- Turn your console off.

- Unplug all external storage units from the console's USB ports.

- Turn your console on.

- Go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset console > Keep games and apps.

Just keep in mind you will need an internet connection and your account details (email and password) to complete this process.

* Resetting your console to its factory defaults erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. Anything not synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. If your console has been constantly connected to the internet and Xbox Live services, your saved data should be backed up on the cloud.

• If your console won't let you access the settings menu to reset your console, try doing it through the troubleshooting menu instead. Like this:

"Resetting Xbox to factory settings from the troubleshooting menu."

- Turn your console off and unplug it for 30 seconds.

- Plug your console back into the outlet.

- While the console is off, press and hold the BIND and EJECT buttons.

- Without letting go of them, press the power button once (do not hold).

- Continue holding BIND and EJECT for 15 seconds.

* The BIND button is the one used to link controllers to your console and the EJECT button is the one used to eject disc games.

* If you have an All-digital Xbox One S, disregard all mentioned about the eject button, and use only the BIND button.

If the troubleshooting menu comes up, select "Reset Xbox" > "Keep games and apps".

I already tried resetting the console but it didn't help.

I was searching on Reddit for this issue and I found a solution: use the Xbox button to get to the home menu> Settings > remove account > add the account back > home menu> Settings > Account > Sign In & security > change my preferences > disable "Ask for my passkey at sign in"

everything works now.

Im having the same problen as TERMINATOR 116. Stuck on a blank Manage Saints Row IV screen.
