My xbox is stuck in 85% of a update

I'm in the same problem, but worse, my download is stuck on -85 gb ( i think the better solution is the asobo put the full download directy on XBOX APP, so first the system wll download the content, and after will instal/update

I'm having the same issue with Dead Rising 3. It's stuck at around 85% and the game is unplayable now. The problem isn't a local network issue. I can connect to the internet fine and stream YouTube video fine. I did the network test and it all passed with
flying colors. It was a 5 GB update, and it's been stuck at 85% for about an hour. So far my Xbox One experience has been less than jaw dropping. Maybe it's time to go back to the 360 until MS gets it act together.

I know EXACTLY wut u mean! The same thing happened to me last night. I was playing Destiny waiting for 12 so i could play Halo 5, then around 9:45, it cuts off for an update. It was stuck at around 85% on "preparing console" for about 2 hrs, so i decided
i had no choice but to turn off my xbox. Now its stuck looping on the xbox green screen. None of the troubleshooting worked, so now i have to ship it out to get repaired. FML

I have been downloading on and off for about 4 Hours. Started off at 1% per minute. Now it is just stuck at 85%

I have 2 collections both stuck at 85% downloaded for 3 days now, will not download nor return gold bars paid for them!
