    My xbox is so laggy I cant do anything


    My xbox is so laggy I cant do anything like when I try to open a app it freezes for like 2 mins then error opening the app pops up and when I try to open the guide it freezes for like 5 minutes then opens it and I've tried factory reset restarting it and unplugging it then plugging it back in I also just recently did a offline system update and it wasn't glitchy for like 10 minutes then it went back and now I can't even install games because it keeps saying install stoped.

    I have a Xbox one s and I don't have a external hardrive and Yea I've tried factory resetting and deleting everything but nothing works

    If I may ask, what type of Xbox console do you have?

    Are you using an external hard drive to install games?

    Have you already tried doing a factory reset and deleting everything from the system? Thanks!

    Try doing this:

    Please Go to Settings:

    > Network

    > Network Settings

    > Advanced Settings.

    Select the alternate MAC address and then select delete/clear.

    You must restart the console for the change to take effect.

    And please do this:

    Set DNS manually. To manually configure DNS settings, follow the steps below:

    1.- Go to Settings

    2.- Select Network

    3.- Select Network Settings

    4.- Select Advanced network settings.

    5.- Go to DNS Servers, set it to Manual> enter 8.8.8.8 in the 'Primary' field and 8.8.4.4 in 'Secondary'

    If this is still giving you a problem, this could already mean a hardware failure on the console and this would lead to having it repaired already.
