My Xbox is skipping stuff

We understand that you have issues with your Xbox Console in home screen. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

Since there is a new update on Xbox Console, it is possible that you have issues due to the recent implement of new home screen. We recommend you try to power cycle your Xbox Console.

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
   
   Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
   
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
   

If issue persist, please send a report to Team Xbox for this to be addressed.

1. Install Report a Problem app from Microsoft Store.
   
2. Press and hold the Xbox button , and then select Report a problem to launch the Report a Problem app.
   
3. Select Reproduce with advanced diagnostics.
   
4. Read through the details about media tracing. When you’re ready, select Start trace.
   
5. Reproduce the issue that you’re having with audio or video. After you’ve reproduced the problem, press and hold the Xbox button .
   
6. Select Report a problem, and then choose the most appropriate category and subcategory from each dropdown. If you’re not sure what to choose, make your best guess.
   
   • Selecting Cancel will exit out of your problem report and discard the media trace.
     
7. If you have a game clip that also shows the issue you’re experiencing, ensure that Include game clip is selected.
   
8. Enter a short title for your issue.
   
9. Enter a description of your issue.
   
10. Select Submit to complete your report. It may take longer than expected to send a problem report with a media trace, as traces can be quite large.

I just skipped right through that part and left it as default. is some stuff later about uploading your charter to their site, once you sign up, tried to save mine but said server down or something, so ive been skipping any charter custom stuff.

Skip to 1:29, half the video is some dude talking about random stuff.

Go on to your laptop and get CinemaNow and register and then skip the credit card stuff and then link ultra violet and then download the app on your xbox and then sign in on your xbox and that should be you and you get all you ultraviolet movies on you xbox
one.
