The console shutting off without warning is usually due to these two reasons: poor ventilation, or a power supply issue. See the

Have you tried to reset your console?

Please, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to keep your console from powering off.

In addition to what has already been provided to you in accordance with troubleshooting, make sure your console is connected directly into a wall outlet as if this is not done, we won't be able to effectively troubleshoot.

Keep in mind that the original Xbox One console is no longer manufactured by Microsoft, nor is the console PSU. As a result, out-of-warranty support is no longer available for this particular product. This means that if your console is no longer functioning
you would have to upgrade your console.
